    1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design, Automotive Design, or related fields; 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred; 2. Familiarity with exterior styling and component development processes, design constraints, and manufacturing requirements; 3. Strong creative design expression and forward-looking analysis skills; 4. Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills; 5. CET-4 level English or above, capable of reading and writing daily work documents; 6. Proficiency in office software and relevant design tools.
