1、Demonstrate a high level of attention to automotive and electronic product design with a unique perspective；
2、Plan and conduct competitor analysis, trend research, preliminary visuals, and dynamic branding presentations in alignment with the brand philosophy and product positioning；
3、Transform abstract concepts into directional motion graphics and establish motion design principles that align with the product；
4、Efficiently complete high-quality motion design work, guide junior designers in exploring different design styles, and take primary responsibility for detailed motion graphics work；

Requirements

Responsibilities
1、Design solutions for commercial and exhibition spaces, including effect plan execution and construction drawings；
2、Participate in upgrading the brand store's SI standard image and optimize store space, promoting image updates；
3、Engage in enhancing the overall presentation of brand auto shows (including but not limited to exhibition hall themes, booth layouts, display formats, and quality control of exhibition materials)；
4、Participate in the spatial design of brand communication activities (such as design tastings, design competitions, skill contests, internal events, etc.)；
5、Independently manage projects from concept to completion (including layouts, renderings, construction drawings), responsible for presenting design solutions and overseeing the implementation and quality of projects. Review construction drawing quality and follow up on construction techniques and material sampling.
Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or higher in Spatial Design, Environmental Art Design, or related fields. Excellent English communication skills and international work/living experience preferred；
2、High proficiency in both 2D and 3D design, creative and strong spatial thinking abilities；
3、Extensive experience in decorative design, interior and exterior space design with over five years of experience across various industries and brands, familiar with construction processes and techniques, experience in the automotive/technology/luxury brand sectors is a plus.
4、Strong understanding and communication skills, independent thinking, and good team spirit.
